Manga page 7 of 10, story page. Same chibi whale-girl character: long deep-blue wavy hair with a whale-tail-shaped ahoge, big sparkling blue eyes, white-and-deep-blue sailor dress with a small white whale emblem on the chest, a blue whale tail behind her, three-head-tall chibi proportions. Scene: she breaks through stormy waves to the ocean surface at night, rain and water splashes all around, moonlight breaking through dark clouds, triumphant pose with arms raised, her whale tail glowing faintly blue. Clean manga art style, vibrant colors, sharp lineart, vertical 2:3 layout.
