Manga page 3 of 10, story page. Same chibi whale-girl character: long deep-blue wavy hair with a whale-tail-shaped ahoge, big sparkling blue eyes, white-and-deep-blue sailor dress with a small white whale emblem on the chest, a blue whale tail behind her, three-head-tall chibi proportions. Scene: she holds the glowing letter up to the light with both hands, eyes wide with wonder, then bravely clenches her fist with a determined smile. She stands at the door of her cozy coral-reef house, the deep blue ocean stretching into the distance, small glowing fish swimming by. Speech bubble with an exclamation mark. Clean manga art style, vibrant colors, sharp lineart, vertical 2:3 layout.
